St. Regis Punta Mita
2017-12-21

During our 10 day adventure in Punta Mita, we stayed the remainder of our trip at the St. Regis. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the property was easy to walk, the pools were relaxing, and the view of the beach was beautiful. This hotel has a relaxing and quiet feel, there were a few families vacationing, but mainly older couples. This place would be perfect for honeymooners or celebrating an anniversary. Now onto my highlights of the St. Regis Punta Mita.

Avocado Bar

I am a huge avocado lover and it was just so fitting that there was a little hut on the beach dedicated to avocado! We ordered off this menu almost everyday when we laid out by the pool. Most of the items on this menu was vegan and filled with delicious avocado.

Adult Pool

The adult pool had two tiers, the top tier had a beautiful view of the beach and had lounge beds to lay in. The lower tier had a hot tub and more lounge chairs. The service at the pool was exceptional, they gave complimentary foot massages, and cleaned your sunglasses, and brought around popcorn. My favorite drink was their St. Regis Spritz, which was a fruity champagne cocktail. I could go for one right now.

Happy Hour

The St. Regis offers a 2 for 1 happy hour everyday from 5pm to 6pm. They serve, wait for it, Veuve Clicquot champagne! So, you better believe I was joining them for happy hour everyday for that glass of bubbles.

Tofu Tacos at Sea Breeze Restaurant and Bar

Everywhere we went in Punta Mita, they were super accommodating to our dietary needs. Each and every chef was excited to cook us dishes that were meat and dairy free. Sea Breeze made this delicious dish of blackened tofu tacos for me for dinner. They were so yummy. They had great flavor and the best vegan mexican dinner.

The beach

The hotel was right on the beach and has hammocks and day beds available for anyone who wants to relax on the beach. The only downside of Punta Mita beaches was that they were rocky so you have to be very careful when you’re swimming.

Can we take a moment to admire this gorgeous Oyster bar.
I wish we had stayed just a couple more days to experience the spa and water sports. But I guess that just means I have to come back to Punta Mita. St. Regis was the perfect ending to our Punta Mita adventure.
